How it works

It’s easy to get started with a Willamalane Personal Trainer!

  1. Choose the trainer you’d like to work with based on the bios provided here and the fitness center location that works best for you.
  2. Register for an initial session online, on the phone, or at the Bob Keefer Center or Willamalane Park Swim Center front desk.
  3. Once you have paid for your session, your trainer will call you to schedule a one-time 30-minute intake session. This intake session lets the trainer learn about your goals, medical history, and expectations. The intake session is included in the cost of your first 60-minute training session. At the end of the intake session, you’ll schedule your first 60-minute training session together.
  4. At the first 60-minute training session, your trainer will provide you with the fitness plan they’ve personalized for you.
  5. All further training sessions will be 60 minutes long.
  6. You will sign up, pay with the front desk, and work directly with your trainer to schedule the sessions.
