Fitness Center

The fitness center is open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. The facility will close for thorough cleaning between open block times. See the schedule below for details.  Pre-registration is no longer required, however you must still scan in and out when in the facility.

  • Open Block 1: 7-10 a.m. 
  • Open Block 2: 10:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m.
  • Open Block 3: 1-3 p.m.
  • Open Block 4: 3:30-5:30 p.m.
  • Open Block 5: 6-8 p.m. 
The fitness center will be closed for 30 minutes between blocks hours for cleaning, between blocks. See fees for more information about current rates.

Group exercise classes will be limited to 33 participants. Please do not arrive too early before class, as there is limited capacity in our lobby. See fees for more information about current rates. 

At first, we'll be bringing back a limited number of classes. Most classes will take place without shared equipment, so if the class or session calls for it, patrons will be asked to provide their own equipment such as rollers or yoga mats.  See the group exercise class schedule and descriptions here

Personal Training and Fitness Assessments

Personal Training
Meet with one of our personal trainers to make a fitness training plan to meet your goals. Train with them in the fitness center as frequently as you want, or meet just once to create a plan you can do on your own. Register below and look out for a follow-up email from a trainer.
$42 ID/$65 OD per hour.

Fitness Assessments
A fitness coach will take you through a series of tests designed to assess your strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. The results will show your ranking compared to others in your age group. Register in advance and a coach will call you to schedule a 1-hour session (including a 30-minute assessment).
$35 per hour ID/ $42 per hour OD

Fall Proof Training
Fall Proof training is an award-winning balance and mobility program designed to reduce the risks that can cause falls in older adults. Register and your coach will call you to schedule your first session.
$65 ID/$78 OD per hour.


Patrons can sign up for a monthly ALL-ACCESS MembershipAs we navigate a changing world, we are offering reduced pricing on our monthly passes for a limited time.
Individual memberships: $25 ID/$35 OD
Family memberships: $75 ID/$120 OD for up to four family members.

This pass renews monthly and grants access to the fitness center, group exercise classes, pool activities, rounds of mini golf, and more. Learn more on our ALL-ACCESS Memberships page. As ALL-ACCESS Memberships come back, the Welcome Back Pass program will sunset on Sept. 1.

Drop-in: $7 ID/$10 OD

Need to know information: 
  • Please stay home if you’re sick.
  • Locker rooms will be closed, and restrooms will be open. Arrive in your workout gear!
  • Touchless water filling stations will be open, but we encourage you to come with your own full bottle. 
  • Sanitation will be more important than ever, so please help us keep the fitness center clean and safe for everyone by wiping down your machines. 
  • Use hand washing or sanitizer stations upon arrival. 
  • Check in at the front desk, and scan or sign out as you leave.

Fitness FAQs
While our goal to provide an awesome fitness experience hasn’t changed, we are implementing a lot of new measures to keep everyone as safe as possible. Here are some questions we expect you to have, but if you have more, please let us know at our Contact Us page or call us at 541-736-4544.

Do I have to register ahead of time or can I just drop-in?
We have removed the registration requirement for group exercise classes and the fitness center. You will still have to scan in at the front desk and scan out as you leave. Our courts remain closed, so there are no drop-ins for court use at this time.

What happens to my Welcome Back Pass? 
On September 1, all Welcome Back Passes will be turned off. But you can get all the benefits from that pass when you become an ALL-ACCESS Member

What changes did you make to Bob Keefer Center?
The fitness center has expanded to our multipurpose courts to allow for better spacing between machines and to allow for one-way traffic flow for visitors. Group exercise classes will take place in another section of the multipurpose courts (near the climbing wall). A fabric court divider will be in place between the expanded fitness center and group exercise classes. 

The front desk also will have plexiglass dividers between staff and patrons, and lobby furniture has been temporarily removed. Access to the wood courts will be closed to the general public as it will be used for our youth camps and activities.

We have revised sanitation protocols to help keep things clean and safe for our staff and patrons. We have added more hand sanitizer stations throughout the building. Additional cleaning supplies and any optional PPE for patrons will be provided. 

What changes are you making to group exercise classes?
At first, we'll be bringing back a limited number of classes. Group exercise classes will have limited capacity, and we have taped outlines on the floor to ensure enough space between participants. Most classes will take place without shared equipment, so if the class or session calls for it, patrons will be asked to provide their own equipment such as rollers or yoga mats. We’ll also be offering classes in outdoor areas. See the group exercise class schedule and descriptions here.

Do I have to wear a mask?
Effective Friday, July 24, participants and instructors in Willamalane fitness programs must wear a face covering before, during, and after exercise. This includes indoor Group Exercise classes and Fitness Center usage. If you have a medical exemption, please alert your instructor or our front desk staff when you check in.

Will the wood or multipurpose courts be open for court sports?
At this time, we are only reopening fitness center access and group exercise classes. Open and drop-in courts are not opening yet, but we hope to reopen them in upcoming phases.
