Gift Shop
This gift shop specializes in beautiful handcrafted items created by community artisans at unbeatable prices. You can shop online or in person during the hours below.
Hours
- Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Rock and Gem Studio
Equipped with slab and trip saws, grinder, sanders, and polishers, and helped by skilled volunteers, you can turn rocks into beautiful gems or cut your thunderegg. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Hours
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Fees
- Single rock cut: $4 for a small cut, $5 for a large cut.
- Drop-in: $5 in-district, $6 out-of-district
- Five-visit pass: $20 in-district, $25 out-of-district
Wood Shop
This woodworking shop and studio open to woodworkers of all levels. The shop has saws, a planer, a jointer, a lathe, and everything else you need to build stunning wooden furniture and objects. Staff members are available to help beginners complete their projects from start to finish, including conceptualizing, finding a woodworking plan, building, and finishing. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

- Monday-Thursday: 9-11:30 a.m., 12:30-3 p.m.

- Drop-in, half-day: $7 in-district, $8 out-of-district
- Five-visit pass: $25 in-district, $30 out-of-district
- Unlimited monthly pass: $59 in-district, $71 out-of-district
