Dancing
Youth Dancing
These classes offer a delightful introduction to dance, nurturing your child’s love for movement and self-expression. Kids can explore various styles while developing discipline, confidence, and an appreciation for the arts. With patient instructors and a fun-filled atmosphere, your child will have the opportunity to learn choreography, make new friends, and discover the joy of dance.
Tiny Dance
Ages 1-3. Tots and their grown-ups enjoy dance, music, and motion together. Experiment with movement while learning basic preschool-level lessons (shapes, numbers, colors). Each class will include guided stretching, movement lessons, and reading time. Adults are required to participate with their little one.
My First Dance
Ages 3-5. This four-week program teaches preschoolers dance fundamentals, positions, rhythm, creative movement, and motor development. Each week focuses on a different dance style, including ballet, jazz, hip hop, and modern dance.
Youth Ballet
Dancers will learn the foundations of ballet through dance positions, ballet terminology, across-the-floor work, and choreography in this four-week class. Individual modifications help foster learning for all experience levels. Participants should wear clothes they can move comfortably in, and ballet attire is strongly encouraged (leotard, tights, ballet shoes, etc.) Junior dancers will build upon a choreography each week to share with grown-ups at the end of the last class.
Adults and Teens
Improve your fitness and footwork while working out to music. Our talented instructors will guide you through a wide variety of exercise classes, including classes like Zumba®. Students must be at least 14 to participate in fitness classes. Students 14-17 years old must have a parent or guardian present.
