Reinhard’s past governmental service includes the City of Roseburg Planning Commissioner and member of the Oregon Legislature’s Police Profiling Task Force. He is vice president of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, a board member of the Lane County Bar Association, and a member of the Lane County Public Safety Coordinating Council.
