Recess: Heroes in Training

Ages 7-15. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu takes the power out of the storm by going to the ground. This class focuses on fitness and stretching, movement drills, techniques and theory, comradery, and live sparring. Register for each class you'd like to attend.

Capoeira

Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that incorporates elements of dance and acrobatics in a game of ritual, non-contact combat. This beginning class is designed for teens and young adults to work on coordination, flow, and strength as a foundation for lifelong fitness. The classes are structured to develop the essential skills of martial arts.

Some classes are held at Eugene Yoga's downtown location, 199 E. 5th Ave. Ste. 33 (upstairs). Parking at any 5th Street Market marked parking area.
