All Fitness at Home classes are FREE through Dec. 2. It's our "hang in there" gift to you!

Fitness at Home brings Willamalane’s group exercise classes to you! Connect with some of your favorite exercise classes, instructors, and workout buddies without leaving home. Select fitness classes are streamed live. Through Dec. 2, Fitness at Home is free to everyone.

How it works
Fitness at Home works through Microsoft Teams. You’ll register for a class and receive an email with a link to join.
  1. Browse Fitness at Home classes. See the schedule here or visit the Group Exercise page.
  2. Register online for a class at least 24 prior to class start time.
  3. All registered participants will receive an email with a link to join the day before class.
  4. At class time, click the link in your email to join the link to the Microsoft Teams meeting.
  5. Join in and have fun!

Tips for Microsoft Teams
Participants can access Microsoft Teams meetings through desktops or mobile devices. For the best experience, we recommend testing your system ahead of time if you’re new to the platform or joining a few minutes early for your first class.

Safety information
Before you begin your work out please make sure you are working out in a debris-free and level space.  Make sure to stay hydrated throughout work out, and have a cell phone nearby for any emergency incidents.
