Virtual Fitness brings Willamalane’s group exercise classes to you! Connect with exercise classes, instructors, and workout buddies without leaving home. Fitness classes are streamed live.
ALL-ACCESS Membership: $25 in-district/$35 out-of-district. Sign up at any Willamalane front desk.
Memberships include access to:
- A wide range of exercise classes, in-person and online, taught by outstanding local instructors.
- Lap swim, water fitness classes, exercise on your own, spa access, and even recreation swims at Willamalane Park Swim Center.
- The fitness center at Bob Keefer Center, including weight training and cardio equipment.
- Pickleball and volleyball in Bob Keefer Center courts. Call first for availability.
- Rounds of golf at Camp Putt Adventure Golf Park.
Insurance coverage: The insurance providers Renew Active and Silver Sneakers accept Virtual Fitness classes. At this time Silver and Fit is not accepting Virtual Fitness classes.

Willamalane’s group exercise program includes a variety of cardio, strength, and flexibility classes. Most class formats have modifications to accommodate all different levels of fitness. Please let your instructor know if you are new to class so they can offer you options.
- Dance Fitness I is canceled on 4/8.
- Tai Chi is canceled on 4/12.
- No classes on 5/31.
How it works
Access Virtual Fitness through Microsoft Teams. After you purchase an ALL-ACCESS Membership, you’ll receive an email within one business day. This email will include the full class schedule for the month. You’ll want to save this schedule as it will give you access to all classes that month. At the start of the next month, you’ll receive a new schedule. At the time of class, simply click the class name and follow the link to join.
Tips for Microsoft TeamsParticipants can access Microsoft Teams meetings through desktops or mobile devices. For the best experience, we recommend testing your system ahead of time if you’re new to the platform or joining a few minutes early for your first class.
Before you begin your work out please make sure you are working out in a debris-free and level space. Make sure to stay hydrated throughout work out, and have a cell phone nearby for any emergency incidents.
