Fitness at Home brings Willamalane’s group exercise classes to you! Connect with exercise classes, instructors, and workout buddies without leaving home. Fitness classes are streamed live.

Regular pricing: $20 ID/ $25 OD, automatically deducts each month. Cancel any time for a pro-rated refund. Drop in pricing not available. Participants must purchase a monthly pass.

Insurance coverage:
The insurance providers Renew Active and Silver Sneakers accept Fitness at Home classes. At this time Silver and Fit is not accepting Fitness at Home classes.

Explore fitness classes

Fitness at Home offers 37 different classes each week. Willamalane’s group exercise program includes a variety of cardio, strength, and flexibility classes. Most class formats have modifications to accommodate all different levels of fitness. Please let your instructor know if you are new to class so they can offer you options.

Notices

  • In-person group exercise classes are canceled for the month of January.
  • No classes on 1/18, 2/15, and 5/31.
  • Vinyasa Yoga canceled 1/20, and 1/26.
  • Strength Revolution canceled 1/25.
  • Silver Fitness canceled 1/21.


How it works

Access Fitness at Home through Microsoft Teams. After you purchase a Fitness at Home pass, you’ll receive an email within one business day. This email will include the full class schedule for the month. You’ll want to save this schedule as it will give you access to all classes that month. At the start of the next month, you’ll receive a new schedule. At the time of class, simply click the class name and follow the link to join. 


Tips for Microsoft Teams

Participants can access Microsoft Teams meetings through desktops or mobile devices. For the best experience, we recommend testing your system ahead of time if you’re new to the platform or joining a few minutes early for your first class.

Safety information
Before you begin your work out please make sure you are working out in a debris-free and level space.  Make sure to stay hydrated throughout work out, and have a cell phone nearby for any emergency incidents.
