Water Fitness classes are a great way to enjoy some guidance and structure in your water workout. We have several classes at each facility. Check out our calendars at each facility for upcoming classes, and view descriptions for those classes below.

HYDRO-FIT: Ages 13+. This aerobic-paced, deep-water class will challenge you to increase cardiovascular fitness, endurance and core conditioning. Specially designed fitness equipment enhances the water’s resistance, toning and strengthening your body. See calendar for upcoming dates/times.

Exercise That Feels Good: Ages 13+. A slower paced, shallow-water workout that will enhance your daily life in an environment that is kind to your joints. You will improve strength, balance, flexibility and energy. See calendar for upcoming dates/times.

Deep-water ExerciseAges 13+. A moderately paced, deep-water workout designed to help you learn to use the water’s resistance to increase muscle tone, cardiovascular endurance and range of motion. Specially designed flotation equipment supports you. See calendar for upcoming dates/times.

Aquatone: Ages 13+. A moderately paced, shallow-water workout employing low-impact, water-specific exercises designed to progressively build strength, flexibility and endurance. See calendar for upcoming dates/times.

Ai Chi: Ages 13+. Enjoy a water movement and relaxation program in shallow depth using water in flowing yet powerful progressions. This exercise program creates the opportunity to improve range of motion, enhance balance and increase mobility. See calendar for upcoming dates/times.

Water Fitness Personal Training: One-on-one sessions with certified instructors focused on individual needs. Call 541-736-4201 to set up an appointment.
