Whether you’re celebrating a special birthday, throwing a baby or bridal shower or hosting an after-the-game team party, Splash! at Lively Park is there.
General party guidelines: You may bring food in to the facility as long as it is in unbreakable containers. We do not allow alcohol. Please, no balloons, glitter, silly string or crepe paper.


Self-Service Party

Guests pay for themselves, or if you plan on paying for your guests, you can meet them in the lobby and pay for them as they arrive. You will receive the regular admission rate, available on our website or you can call our facility at 541-736-4244 for more information. 

You may use up to two of the available tables (four seats each) in the upper level spectator area, between the wave pool and lap pool and to the south of the slide, along the sundeck. These are the unreserved sections.                              

You may bring food into the facility as long as it is in non-breakable containers. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Hosts and guests must follow all additional general party guidelines regarding party decorations, (i.e. no balloons, glitter, silly string or crepe paper).


Self-Service Party with Guest Check-in Service

You pre-pay for your guests and the front desk staff will check them in for you, freeing you to stay with the rest of your party. The charge for the guest check-in service is $10.00 and is payable at the time you initiate the service. You will provide a guest list and you can pre-purchase admissions for the number of people you expect. Guests not on the list will need to pay for themselves.

Party Deck Packages

Each of the three party deck spots on the north side deck of the lap pool may be reserved, up to a maximum of 22 people. If your group is larger than 22 people, you will need to book two party deck packages.

A party package includes one party deck spot, guest check-in service, tables and seating for up to 22 people, and 10 admissions to the Waterpark Swim. If you wish to purchase more than 10 admissions, you will receive a discount off regular individual admission prices. You can purchase them ahead of the party or on the day of your party.

Choose one of the following time options below. Set-up and clean-up are to be completed within your reservation time.

  • Party Deck Package A: 1 hour, $68 ID/$84 OD
  • Party Deck Package B: 2.25 hours, $93 ID/$115.25 OD
  • Party Deck Package C: 3.5 hours, $118 ID/$146.50 OD

Community Room Packages

The air-conditioned community room is conveniently located off the lobby and has views of the kiddie pool and wave pool. The room can accommodate up to 25 seated guests.

 A community room party package includes tables and seating for up to 25 peoples, guest check- in service, and 10 admissions to the Waterpark swim. If you wish to purchase more than 10 admissions, you will receive a discount off regular individual admission prices. You can purchase ahead of the party or on the day of your party.

You can choose one of the following time options below. Setup and cleanup are to be completed within your party reservation time.

  • Community Room Package A: 1 hour, $78 ID/$94 OD
  • Community Room Package B: 2.25 hours, $115.50 ID/$137.75 OD
  • Community Room Package C: 3.5 hours, $153 ID/$181.50 OD

FAQs

Fewer guests than you planned for?
You will have the option of leaving the unused admissions on your account (they are good for one year from the date of purchase) or we will process a refund for you.

More guests than you planned for? You can add admissions to your account when you arrive.

Unexpected guests? If unexpected guests (not listed on your guest list) arrive, they will need to pay for themselves. They will receive the special discount rate.

What does ID/OD mean? People who live or own property within Willamalane Park and Recreation District’s boundaries support Willamalane with their tax dollars, and so they enjoy lower program costs.
