Jiu Jitsu

Superhero Jiu Jitsu
Ages 18+. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a predominantly ground-based martial art, using the principles of leverage, angles, pressure, and timing, as well as knowledge of the human anatomy, in order to achieve a non-violent submission of one’s opponent. Unlike other martial arts that focus on strikes and/or kicks, jiu jitsu focuses on close-contact “grappling” holds and techniques, and the application of chokes and joint manipulations.

Jiu Jitsu Strength & Cardio
Ages 18+. Circuit training is a high volume but low resistance weight workout with 2-3 minute rest intervals involving cardio, and is focused on improving muscle tone and definition while also improving cardiovascular fitness It is a popular way of working out, especially if you are looking for variety in your workouts.

Jiu Jitsu Fitness & Kickboxing
Ages 13+.  Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
