This year we require advance registration for all events.
Haunted Hayride will be a drive-thru celebration, and patrons will remain in their own vehicles instead of a tractor hayride as in other years. Attendees will be treated to refreshments as well as several entertainment stops and performances along the route.
Ghostly Golf is a new spooky, glow-in-the-dark event at Camp Putt. Safety considerations will mirror standard operations at Camp Putt, and on top of regular considerations, attendees will pre-register to ensure adequate space between groups and time to enjoy the decorated course. Household groups of up to four can register in advance for spots at this special event. Each group will make their way through the graveyard course.
Why is Haunted Hayride more expensive this year?
We are pricing per vehicle rather than per individual this year. Depending on the capacity of your vehicle, you may actually save money over previous years!
What type of vehicles are recommended for participation in Haunted Hayride?
The trail is narrow and unpaved, with some areas of low clearance (~10 feet). Conventional cars and trucks are recommended, while RVs, commercial vehicles, and trailers will not be permitted. Diesel vehicles will be asked to turn off their engine multiple times throughout the course for performance audio reasons.
Why are you charging for Haunted Hayride when Children’s Celebration was free?
Haunted Hayride will be like Children’s Celebration turned up to eleven. Because of the increased staffing, performance fees, decor, and multi-night run time, we’re charging a fee.
