Summer Progressive Lunch

Ages 50+. Seniors from our community come together for a progressive lunch with an international flare. At each center you’ll enjoy a tasty course, have drawings for door prizes and visit with new friends. Trip leaves from and returns to the center. Participants: Campbell, Petersen Barn, River Road, Viking Sal and Willamalane senior programs. Cost of lunch is included in price of trip.

Gondola Ride at Willamette Pass

Willamette Pass A marvelous experience! Enjoy a delightful gondola ride up Willamette Pass to see gorgeous panoramas, stroll at the summit and snap photos. (Hike down if you wish.) Bring a sack lunch for a picnic or buy lunch at the Willamette Pass Lodge. On the way home we’ll stop at beautiful Salt Creek Falls. Food is an added cost.

Shore Acres and Gingerbread Village

Charleston, Mapleton If you enjoy the Christmas lights at Shore Acres Park you’ll love seeing its beautiful gardens and rocky shoreline in summer. First we’ll have a picnic lunch at Sunset Bay Park (box lunch provided) and a walk along the beach. After visiting Shore Acres we’ll head up the coast and stop in Mapleton at Gingerbread Village. Lunch is included in cost of trip.

Sisters Bring your camera! You’ll see some of the most beautiful views in Oregon on this trip to the mountains and high desert. Have lunch at the gorgeous resort lodge at Suttle Lake, including an entrée, dessert, beverage and tip. Stroll around the grounds and visit Sisters for great shopping. Center Escorts Make the Difference

Whether you’re traveling to the Oregon coast or the East Coast, we plan all the details. All you have to do is sign up and enjoy the trip. To make sure you have a pleasant day traveling with us, experienced center representatives escort most excursions to ensure your needs are met.

 

The Basics

• Register for all trips in person at the center, online or by phone (Visa/MasterCard).

• Most trips depart from/return to the center.

• Most meals are an added cost.

• Payment must be made at time of registration.

• A center representative will escort most bus trips.

• If you must cancel, please contact us at least three business days prior to the trip. We will be happy to give you a credit. Late cancellations can only be credited if we can fill your spot from a waiting list. A few trips have a one-month credit policy.

• Give your ideas for trip destinations to Trish or Dorothy.

• On the day of your trip, please park your car on C Street or Water Street.

• Schedules are approximate and subject to change.

• If you own a cell phone, please bring it on each trip and give your number to the escort.

• Please do not wear fragrances on trips.
