This program of tai chi is designed to improve balance and prevent falls. Ages 18+. A condensed version of the Yang Style 108 Form, 24 Form is intended to make it easier for people to learn tai chi. It includes most of the basic forms such as Grasp Bird's Tail, White Crane Spreads Wings Apart, Snake Creeps Down and Wave Hands Like Clouds. All ages. Willamalane Center offers an amazing climbing and bouldering wall for beginning climbers, belaying, personal training and group/birthday parties. Willamalane Center membership includes access to the Fitness Center, basketball, volleyball and tennis open play along with open climbing hours.
For beginners and intermediate climbers. Learn the basics of belaying and safe climbing with an emphasis on footwork, balance and efficient movement on rock.
