Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) uses soft, fluent and harmonious movements to improve energy circulation, loosen the joints, tone up and oxygenate the muscles and relax the nervous system. Qigong can be used as preventive, curative and recuperative treatment which includes maintaining and enhancing robustness, helping to alleviate medical conditions or assisting with returning to health. Pick up a paddle and try a new sport! Pickleball is a game played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game. Drop-in. Please call ahead to verify space.

Challenge yourself and your friends to Race to the Top! Summit nine local peaks in the comfort of Willamalane Center. (Each climb to the top of the wall is about 33 feet). Participants receive a T-shirt after completing each separate challenge. Complete “Top the Towers” with 28 total climbs, complete “Coast Range Rush” in 125 total climbs and complete “Peak Challenge” in 338 total climbs. Climbing is permitted during Open Climb. Complete all three challenges to become a Master Peak Bagger! Participants track their own progress. These private sessions are your chance to fine-tune your skills and improve overall fitness with specific curriculum adjusted to your needs. By appointment for individuals and small groups.
