Jason Howell
Jason teaches a variety of group fitness classes and trains one-on-one with different populations in a variety of fitness settings. He specializes in strength training, combining cardio and sport-specific training. Jason has a passion for health and fitness, and strives to instill that passion into the people he helps. Jason received his associate's degree in exercise and movement science. He is certified as an American College of Sports Medicine Health Fitness Specialist.
Jaala Osban
Jaala coaches volleyball at Pleasant Hill High School and enjoys running in local races. She specializes in sport-specific training,interval training, core work and providing nutritional advice. Jaala enjoys training people of all fitness levels and helping them achieve their fitness goals. She holds an associate's degree in exercise and movement science from Lane Community College. She also holds an American College of Sports Medicine Health and Fitness certification.
Colin Wiest
Colin was an all-state high school athlete and participated in collegiate sports and military athletics and training. He specializes in functional training and strength and conditioning for sports and rehabilitation. Colin's philosophy is that fitness is a component of your overall wellness and health. It should complement and benefit your daily life and be enjoyable. He holds a National Council on Strength and Fitness certification and a bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon.
The initial session is 90 minutes. Additional sessions are 50 minutes each.

The Willamalane tennis program is open to players of all experience levels. Lessons include fundamentals, drills, rules, positioning, strategy and singles/doubles games. Tennis Director: Bob Reed, 541-683-1843.
Pickleball is a game played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game. See Willamalane Center fees.

Willamalane's new Tennis Attack ball machine is available for public use at Willamalane Center indoor courts, Oct. 1-May 31.
