Circuit Training for the Physically ChallengedCo-sponsored by the city of Eugene Adaptive Recreation Program. This class will lead you through a circuit of exercises that focus on each muscle in the body. Using exercise machines and free weights, you work at your own pace and level. Learn how to perform each exercise safely and how to modify them just for you. Class is designed for people with physical disabilities.
