Offline registration
You may register in person, online, by mail, phone or fax for most programs. Patrons wishing to register for child care programs, including Teen Center programs, must do so in person. Swim lesson registration requires a specialized form available at both swim centers.

• Out-of-district fees may be charged to those who do not pay property taxes to the district.
• The district reserves the right to cancel classes and activities.
• In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel your registration, you may choose either a credit to your account or a refund minus a $5 administrative fee. Cancellation requests must be made in person or by telephone by three working days prior to the start of the start of the program. After that period, the credit or refund will reflect an assessment equal to the cost of one class. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days. Credits on your account expire after a one-year period.
Fee waivers
If you are a district resident, you may qualify for Willamalane’s fee-waiver program. Be sure to ask about it when registering.
Accessibility Information
If you need disability accommodations, please let us know at time of registration. Willamalane Park and Recreation District encourages the participation of individuals with disabilities. Those who need assistance to enjoy our programs should contact us in advance so we may arrange for accommodations. Human Resources/Risk Program Manager Nicole Dalke, 541-736-4030, serves as the Willamalane ADA coordinator.
Patrons may request the following services:
• Large print copies of Willamalane publications are available within two days’ notice.
• Audiotape of sections of this guide are available within three days advance notice. Patrons may also ask that sections of this guide be read to them.
• Sign language interpretation is available with three days advance notice. Please request this service at the time you register.
