Leadership Team
Willamalane Park and Recreation District is an independent organization separate from Springfield's city. It is a special tax district, which means that residents pay a special tax to fund the district's maintenance and operation of the parks and recreation facilities. A five-member elected board of directors governs the district. Each board member serves a four-year term of office representing the district. A board-appointed executive director manages the day-to-day operations.
