Your little ones are special. That's why Willamalane Early Childhood Recreation programs are designed specifically for young children. You can register your child for a one-time, just-for-fun experience, an ongoing enrichment class, or preschool and child care. Each program endeavors to raise self-esteem, create independence, foster creativity and imagination, and offer positive and safe social experiences.

 

Grades K-5

3 friends.Kids Clubs, No-School Days, and Willamalane-At-School

Willamalane offers fun and educational activities at all Springfield elementary schools within the Willamalane boundaries. For your convenience, programs are also available on most no-school days and during vacation breaks.

 

Grades 6-8

FoosballThe Teen Center, Classes , After-School Programs, Athletics, and More

Take advantage of classes, no-school-day trips or just hang out at the Teen Center with other teens. Unwind in YOUR own space. Play pool, basketball, games, PlayStation2, or just hang out and watch TV. With weekly art projects and tournaments there is something for everyone at the Teen Center.

Remember those awesome days of summer camp? You can give your child experiences and memories that will last forever. Willamalane provides summer activities for kids of all ages ranging from our free Summer Playground programs to structured day damps to day-long sports clinics.

 

Tennis

The Willamalane Tennis program is open to players of all experience levels, from the novice to the advanced. Activities taught include fundamentals, drills, rules, positioning, strategy, and singles/doubles games.

 

School Trips to Dorris Ranch

A costumed guide leads a school field trip.Experience history first-hand

Dorris Ranch has been offering educational field trips to Lane County students since 1988. Costumed interpreters lead students through a historical adventure around the Ranch, emphasizing relationships between people, the environment, and history. There are currently two tour themes to choose from.
