Your special event is special to us. Whether it's a birthday party, a business retreat, or a family wedding, Willamalane Park and Recreation District offers several scenic settings for your group to enjoy.
The use of alcohol in Willamalane parks is generally prohibited. There are some special-use situations that will allow alcohol with prior written permission.

The Park Reservation program runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Reservations for summer will be accepted starting the first weekday of February.
Picnic reservation patrons who would like to use a park site for a family picnic, team potluck, birthday party, or family reunion can reserve Island Park or Willamalane Park. All other parks are on a first-come, first-served basis.
There is a Special Use Permit process for certain types of special events.
Call 736-4104One of the most beautiful parks in the District, Island Park borders the Willamette River. Towering trees and grassy hillocks make the setting lush and inviting. The park has picnic tables, rest rooms, drinking fountains, electricity, and a playground. The North and South Shelters are available for reservations. Island Park is wheelchair-accessible.

Willamalane Park is a fourteen-acre park which includes Willamalane Park Swim Center, basketball courts, and a playground. Park amenities include two areas for rental, picnic tables, and electricity. Rest rooms are available in the pool lobby.

may be reserved for soccer games.
Rentals are available year round.

The Community Recreation Center (CRC) is Willamalane’s newest facility, offering a number of flexible rental options. The Center can accommodate parties, club meetings, dances, workshops, classroom instruction, business meetings, and multi-media presentations. The CRC is centrally located next to the Regional Sports Center and features more than 250 spaces of convenient parking. (Alcohol not allowed).

Ken Long Room: 1,772 square feet with a gym-type resilient floor. Can accommodate up to 117 people. Adjacent warming kitchen. Advanced sound system makes it perfect for dances, parties, and gatherings. Can be divided into two separate rooms.
Chinook Room: 2,000 square foot room with a linoleum tile floor. Accommodates up to 150 people. Can be used for parties, classes, and arts and crafts.
Heron Room: 718 square foot room with full carpet and advanced sound system. Accommodates up to 48 people. Great for business meetings, presentations, and workshops.
Mill Race Room: Smaller 235 square foot conference room. Can accommodate up to 15 people in a business-like setting.

Surrounded by open pastures and filbert orchard groves, the renovated 1892 Dorris Ranch Barn retains all the charm of its historic origins. Capacity: 60 indoor/90 outdoor.
The pristine natural setting makes the Orchard Picnic Area perfect for your outdoor event. Horseshoe pits, picnic tables, water, and outdoor rest rooms are available for your convenience. Capacity: 300 outdoor.
