Detailed job descriptions may be obtained at the Willamalane facility indicated on the job announcement. Willamalane accepts applications only for posted positions. Job announcements contain information regarding job duties and qualifications, salary range, benefits, closing date, and materials required to apply (i.e., application, supplemental questionnaire, resume, etc.).

Note: Willamalane job announcements are intended as a general descriptive recruitment guide and are subject to change; they do not constitute either an expressed or implied contract. The statements contained in said job announcements and job descriptions reflect general details as necessary to describe the principal functions of the job, the level of knowledge and skill typically required, and the scope of responsibility, but should not be considered an all-inclusive listing of work requirements. Individuals may perform other duties as assigned.

Applications

Applications can be found by going to the JOB OPENINGS page. A separate application form is required for each position. Submit a completed Willamalane employment application (and required supplemental documentation, if applicable) no later than 5 p.m. on the closing date that appears on the job announcement; application materials should be submitted to the facility/location indicated on the job announcement. Resumes may be submitted with the application but are not accepted in lieu of a completed Willamalane application and supplemental documentation, if required.

Application forms are provided online in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. Online forms are to be printed and are not to be merged with a word processing program or submitted electronically.

To download a copy of our current employment application, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher to view the document. If you do not have this application, you can download it for free from the adobe.com Web site.

Area residents may obtain the required application materials at the facility indicated on the job announcement. Out-of-area residents may request application materials by contacting Willamalane's Community Recreation Center at 736-4544 or via e-mail to ettacayd@willamalane.org (please indicate position applying for).

When you complete a job application and supplemental documentation for a Willamalane position, be sure to emphasize the skills and experience relevant to the type of work for which you apply. Keep a copy of all materials you submit; your application packet cannot be returned to you, nor copies made for you.
