Mommy and Me Exercise

Held at Willamalane Park Swim Center. Let us help you comfortably work your way back to being in shape. This class is for moms and babies 6- to 18-months old. Mommy will enjoy exercising with baby’s help for 30 minutes. Then Mommy and baby can enjoy an additional 15 minutes to play in the pool together. 10-class session.
