Held at Willamalane Park Swim Center. Let us help you comfortably work
your way back to being in shape. This class is for moms and babies 6- to
18-months old. Mommy will enjoy exercising with baby’s help for 30
minutes. Then Mommy and baby can enjoy an additional 15 minutes to play
in the pool together. 10-class session.

Low-impact, water-specific exercises designed to progressively build strength, flexibility, and endurance in a refreshing and joint-supportive environment.

A gentle workout that will enhance your daily living in an environment that is kind to your joints. You will improve strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and energy.

You will learn to use the water’s resistance and buoyancy to increase muscle tone, endurance, and flexibility. This non-impact environment allows you to protect your joints while building cardiovascular fitness.

If you would like to start working out on your own or you are uncertain about joining a water-fitness class, our instructors can introduce you to the basic moves and help guide you to the best workout that will fit your personal needs.
