For ages 18 and olderWillamalane offers a comprehensive Adults Sports League program. All new teams planning to participate should have a representative present at organizational meetings held.
For Ages 18+ The Willamalane Tennis program is open to players of all experience levels, from the novice to the advanced. Activities taught include fundamentals, drills, rules, positioning, strategy, and singles/doubles games.
Play and Stay Fit for Life Get together with your friends, co-workers, or neighbors to play in a softball or basketball league. Enjoy reaching your fitness goals with others through aerobic exercise. Join other outdoor enthusiasts for a walking tour. Whatever your abilities, Willamalane has just the right athletic program for you.
Ceramic, Pottery, and Wood ShopsStudents furnish their own raw materials and Willamalane furnishes potter’s wheels, slab rollers, kilns, saws, planer, jointer, and some hand tools. Some instruction is also available. Programs are held at the Adult Activity Center.
Learning, Recreation, and Services for People Age 50 and BetterHave the time of your life! The Center is a busy place, offering a wide variety of programs to meet your needs as an active, senior adult aged 50 or better. Our comprehensive programs include everything from our high-tech Computer Lab to our social walking groups. There's something for everyone at the Center.
Informative and entertaining There is no substitute for the excitement of visiting an actual historical place—to feel, touch, smell, and even taste the products of this bountiful land. Dorris Ranch, Springfield’s unique living history farm, has succeeded in bringing Oregon history to life. Established in 1892, this 250-acre farm is Oregon’s oldest working filbert (hazelnut) farm. Trail Talks highlight regional history and nature and are held in the fall, winter, and spring.

Willamalane Specialized Recreation offers a wide range of programs designed especially for adults who have disabilities.

Learn about, grow, and enjoy fresh fruits and veggies! We’ll spend two sessions in April getting to know about what we are growing and how. Spend Monday evenings May-June caring for our produce! Everyone can enjoy different aspects of gardening while spending time with your friends out at beautiful Dorris Ranch! Participants will meet at Dorris Ranch, 205 Dorris Street, for this exciting adventure!
