Tai chi qigong has been referred to as “yoga in motion.” It’s
a moving meditation, a powerful key to relaxation that increases focus and concentration.
Tai chi is an exercise system that combines slow graceful movement with calm,
regular breathing. The aim of qigong is to cultivate and circulate the body’s
vital energy – chi (or Qi) – to strengthen our state of health. Instructor:
