Programs are open to adults age 18 and older.

Interested patrons who are younger should call us to learn about other options.

 

Register at the Community Recreation Center, 250 S. 32nd Street.

 

Or send your registration by mail or fax (736-4529 ).

 

Refunds must be requested three business days prior to the date of the program.

New Participants

To ensure a safe and positive experience for each participant, a Participant Information Form needs to be filled out and returned to the Community Recreation Center. Upon receiving this form, the Adaptive Recreation programmer will call you for an orientation before/after registering and prior to participating.

 

Scholarships

If you are a District resident you may qualify for Willamalane's Fee-Waiver Program. Be sure to inquire when registering.

Oregon Air and Space Museum

The Oregon Air and Space Museum is dedicated to the acquisition and display of various aircraft and artifacts. Join us for a healthful lunch and then we are off to see featured aircrafts and interactive exhibits.

The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry is a world-class tourist attraction and educational resource that puts the “WOW!” in science for the kid in each of us. Don’t miss this great special event.

Friday Night Cooking

Join us for an evening of cooking, movie-watching, and popcorn at the Community Recreation Center. Each session will feature a healthy menu and a lot of fun!

NEW! Gardening 101

Learn about, grow, and enjoy fresh fruits and veggies! We’ll spend two sessions in April getting to know about what we are growing and how. Spend Monday evenings May-June caring for our produce! Everyone can enjoy different aspects of gardening while spending time with your friends out at beautiful Dorris Ranch! Participants will meet at Dorris Ranch, 205 Dorris Street, for this exciting adventure!

Out and About

This is the best afternoon activity around. Join us for lunch, a movie, a concert, or shopping. Instructors: Andrea Farr and Mike Sullivan.

Water Exercise*

This moderate workout will focus on balance, flexibility, and enhancing circulation and strength. With exercise, performing your daily tasks will become more enjoyable—you will have more energy and feel great!
